The Basic Prosecution Office in Prishtina has filed an indictment in absentia against Adnan Jashari, the suspect in the murder of Diana Kastrati, 15 years after she was shot with a firearm in Prishtina. The indictment was filed on 22 October 2026 and submitted to court, spokesperson of the prosecution office Kaltrina Shala announced. According to her, the proceedings have been initiated in the absence of the accused.
