Spanish football is in mourning following the tragic death of Tenerife footballer Jesús de Miguel. As a sign of respect and solidarity for the 30-year-old striker, the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has decided to suspend several of the activities scheduled for Tuesday, 3 November.
The decision affects the matches planned for that day as part of the King’s Cup and the Iberdrola Queen’s Cup.
Specifically, the fixtures Anaitasuna-Alavés and Pamplona-Eibar, valid for the respective rounds of the King’s Cup, have been postponed. The matches scheduled for the Queen’s Cup will also not be played.
