Protesters Edison Lika and Dritan Goxhaj have been released from the police station after being escorted by police during a protest on “Dëshmorët e Kombit” Boulevard. Their escort led to tensions and physical clashes between protesters and officers, while a group of protesters surrounded the police van in an attempt to take them out. After their release, the two protesters have left the police station premises. Meanwhile, a group of protesters is reportedly currently meeting with the Tirana police director.
