Juventus and Fiorentina share the points at the “Artemio Franchi” after a spectacular clash that ended 2-2. As in last season, neither side managed to emerge victorious from the game, where emotions and goals were plentiful right up to the final minutes.
Fiorentina took the lead in the fourth minute. Following a corner kick taken by Pedro Gonçalves, Pellegrino broke free nicely in the box and headed the ball into the net for 1-0.
Juventus responded by taking control of the match and found the equalizer in the 32nd minute. Kolo Muani created the move, giving Woltemade the chance to score his first Serie A goal. The first half ended 1-1.
In the second half, the hosts struck again. In the 54th minute, Njie restored the lead for Fiorentina, but the response from the black-and-whites came in the 66th minute. Bremer took advantage of a mistimed exit by goalkeeper De Gea following a corner kick and set the score at 2-2.
In the end, Dragusin scored, but the goal was disallowed for a foul on Bremer. Although both teams went for the win, the result remained unchanged.
Fiorentina continue their crisis at home, remaining on 9 points, while Juventus climb to 18 points and hold seventh place in the standings.
