Rama: Teachers will have to get teaching licence

He was speaking from University of Vlora, where he met with teachers and said that all teacher will have to take a licence to teach. 

“Every teacher must have a license and quota credits who must be renewed systematically through systematic examinations. 26% of students in Albania are in the hands of teachers who either have no education, or are totally out of profile. In several areas of the country this affects the economic situation. If we compare Albania with Europe, we understand how connected is the educational system with the country’s economy”, Rama said.
